Cancellation Policy
All clients are given a 15 minute grace period to arrive to their appointment (NO EXCEPTIONS) Appointments cancelled do to your lateness, no show or last minute cancellation will result in a full fee of your selected service. You have exactly 24 hours to make any changes to your Appointment. Any changes within 24 hours of your Appointment will result in a full fee of your selected service.
